How are Ulla Popken orders shipped and how much does it cost?

All orders are shipped express air for a flat rate of $9.95. Please note that merchandise and shipping rates are in US Dollars. Orders generally ship from Ulla Popken's warehouse within 24 hours and will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are M-F.

Is there a sales tax charged on orders?

A 6% Sales tax is charged on total merchandise for orders delivered within Maryland (MD).

Are there any restrictions on orders over $800?

For any order over $800, please call customer service at 1-800-245-8552 to process. Since all orders are shipped from Germany, there is a customs limit for purchases.

How are returns handled, and is there a time limit?

Every item is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the shipping date and Ulla Popken will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund original form of payment. The shipping and processing charges are not refundable. If item(s) are returned, canceled, or exchanged, bringing your merchandise total below the offer's qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund.
